Step 1
Submit Your Information
Complete our secure intake form with details about the account(s) you want disputed. Your information is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Step 2
Upload Supporting Documents
Government ID, credit reports, identity theft reports, and any supporting evidence. We accept PDF, JPG, and PNG files up to 25 MB.
Step 3
Case Review
A case manager reviews your file within 1–3 business days and contacts you to confirm strategy and answer questions.
Step 4
Dispute Strategy
We draft and submit dispute letters to Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion under your authorization. Each round is tracked.
Step 5
Ongoing Monitoring
We monitor bureau responses, follow up on unresolved items, and escalate to the CFPB or applicable regulators when warranted.
