Yimble Credit Solutions ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect the information you share with us when you use our website and services.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, including:
- Identity information: full name, date of birth, government-issued ID, Social Security Number.
- Contact information: email address, phone number, and mailing address.
- Financial information: credit reports, bank statements, debt and collection records.
- Case information: documents, correspondence, and notes related to your dispute.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to:
- Prepare, file, and manage credit, bank, and debt disputes on your behalf.
- Verify your identity and comply with applicable laws.
- Communicate with you about your case and respond to your inquiries.
- Improve the quality and security of our services.
Data Security and Encryption
All sensitive information is transmitted over encrypted (TLS) connections and stored using industry-standard encryption at rest. Access is restricted to authorized case managers and is logged for audit purposes.
SSN and Sensitive Data Handling
Your Social Security Number and other highly sensitive identifiers are stored using additional field-level encryption. They are decrypted only when required to draft or submit a dispute, and are never displayed in our administrative dashboards in plain text.
Third Party Sharing Policy
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only with the parties strictly necessary to perform our services — for example, credit bureaus, creditors, banks, the CFPB, or other regulators — or when required by law.
Your Rights Under FCRA
Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) you have the right to:
- Dispute inaccurate or incomplete information on your credit report.
- Request a free copy of your credit report from each of the three major bureaus.
- Have identity-theft–related accounts blocked under FCRA §605B.
- Sue for damages caused by violations of the FCRA.
You can perform any of these actions yourself at no cost without hiring a credit-repair company.
Cookie Policy
We use a minimal set of cookies and similar technologies required to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and measure aggregate site performance. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
